I reaaaaaaally like this bustier dress from BonitoChico! But I am currently also reaaaaaaally very broke. I'm still in a dilemma if I should backorder this.

I just came back from a hair dye. Wanted to choose something darker but then the Aunty psychoed me to choose a lighter colour. By the time I wanted to change my mind again she had already prepared the dye mix. Anyway it turned out fine but I look like I have the same brown hair 3 years back!

I'm heading out with Reub later for some autobot-lovin'. The whole town's been raving about the flick! Hope I can understand the story plot hahaha.

Federer finally won the Roland Garros cup! Thanks to Soderling, Nadal was stopped at the quaterfinals, much to everyone's huge surprise since he's the supposed clay court king. So Soderling got past the semifinals too, and he faced Federer at the finals yesterday. And Federer just thrashed him in all 3 rounds with his aces, undercuts, and superb backhands and forehands. Although it wasn't anything like the finals at the Australian Open between Nadal and Federer, the match was a class on its own. A mad fan even jumped over the fence and sort of wanting to hug Federer! Either that or to distract him cuz he lost 3 points after the bodyguards caught the mad guy off the court. Hahaha it was quite a sight, and live at that! Anyhow, Federer is such an emo kid. He cried when he lost the Australian Open, and he cried again yesterday when he won the Roland Garros cup. I would think he'd be quite immune to winning the 14th Grand Slam already hahaha.

Turkish Grand Prix was before that. So far it has been a disappointing season, with Brawn GP leading all the way. Yawn. I wanna see some live action between McLaren and Ferrari. And both my fave drivers sucked too. Damn! F1 is getting so boring AND super irritating, with all the politics going on. Why can't these guys just shut up and drive (no pun intended)?

Timetable's out already and I took a look at work today. I'm so happy that Genes R Us and TCM do not clash. YAY! But the bad news is my last paper falls on 8th Dec, which is like almost 2 weeks from my 2nd last paper. Unless I take another finance module. Hmmmm.

I hope the 1 month would pass quickly enough. I miss wasting time with Reub.

I finally found a job to kill some time off this holiday! It's a 1-month temp assignment at Standard Chartered and I tell you, it's FYP days all over again. I'm with the private banking market sales department doing some very data intensive job which requires me to juggle between excel and bloomberg. Maybe I should consider a career with bloomberg too to improve their database interface. I started work on Wed and the job scope aside, the people there are all really nice. My colleagues treated me to lunch on the first day and my boss bought me a sandwich yesterday since I refused to step out for lunch (was rushing the assignment I had to finish by yesterday but I still couldn't haha). According to my boss, he shortlisted me for the job cuz I was once a Math Olympiad participant back in ctss. OMG! That was like 10,000 years ago. My math is pretty shitty now.

My eyes got all crossed and bananas looking at the computer screens (2 of them) for 8 hours for the past 3 days. I wonder how those people in the trading and dealing room do that for years, and most of them actually use 3 monitors at a time. Not to say I'm prolly the earliest person to leave the 6 Battery Road building, because all of them just continue to slog till the late hours. Why am I getting the jitters and apprehension of entering the banking industry after I graduate? Maybe my destiny lies in, say, the entertainment industry :D
